Dyslipidemia is a fairly common occurrence in chronic renal failure (CRF) patients. Cardiovascular mortality in patients with CRF is related to dyslipidemia. This study was done to identify the lipid abnormalities and its significance in CRF patients by comparing with age, sex, and body mass index (BMI) of matched healthy control population.
